Ordered Seagull Coastline Cedar Folk Guitar with stand, pics, metronome and strings. 4 days later they arrived at my door in a nicely packaged box. Everything seems to be perfect. I wrapped them up for Christmas but nothing out of place. The guitar was wrapped in heavy Styrofoam sheeting in its original box which was re-packed in another box.

Nothing but praise so far. I will be dealing again for sure. Great job all round. They even threw in a T-Shirt :)

Bought 2 guitars from axe last year (Jan 2008), along with a mic and some accessories... well I needed help on getting some kind of adapter for my mic to hook directly to 1/4. Not being to familiar with mic setups etc.. the sales rep was great in helping ensuring that I got the proper adapter for the job. I also needed help "after" the sale and had a question about the guitars, well once again quality customer service showed itself with genuine concern from the sales rep. This is rare these days, as when the sale is done most companies will not bother.

The guitars arrived here in PRISTINE condition.. the Ibanez classical had a awesome finish, as well as the ESP electric.. Not to mention great sounding!!

I would recommend Axe to anyone wanting quality gear and more importantly GREAT SERVICE before and after the sale where it counts!!

Thanks for your response and explanation to my questions. Canada needs a stronger web presence for pro audio, and it's definitely good news that you're doing something about it. There's an absolute glut of US suppliers and by the time one's added courier, exchange and import fees (and hassles often associated with the latter), the advantage to the Canadian consumer isn't nearly as it appears. I'll certainly be returning to axemusic.com and I look forward to seeing new trails being blazed by Axe Music.
